This was really simple and straight forward. The whole thing was done in 6 hours. Take away the lunch break and demonstration time, and this would be easily achieved in 4. Provided the flowers were made well in advance, of course.

Wedding cake
It's been a while between classes. This is what I made yesterday at Bake Boss, in Richmond.
