Another cupcake book, this time for omnivores. Expand your repertoire well beyond vanilla and chocolate sponge cupcakes with the recipes.

Cooking Class: Cake Decorating ( 
It might not be as inspiring or modern as the Planet Cake book, or include as much technical information as The Home Guide, but this book certainly has its place in my kitchen. The recipe section, which lists quantities for multiple cake pans, is worth the money by itself.
